No, we do not work with cpayment after receiving. This decision was made taking into account the individual specifics of our products (each product contains individual elements). We work OFFICIALLY. All payments for the order are made to the accounts of individual entrepreneurs. That is, in this way we undertake to produce and send you the goods according to the paid order. And you have confirmation - a guarantee (paid invoice to the individual entrepreneur) for receiving the goods.

2. The website states that you work on a 50% prepayment basis. That is, 50% before the production of the goods and 50% after receiving the goods in hand?

No, not really. The payment/production/shipping procedure is as follows:

  1. You contact us with a request to produce a product with individual engraving;
  2. We prepare a model of the future product and coordinate it with you;
  3. If you are absolutely satisfied with the layout, you must make an advance payment of 50%;
  4. We are putting the order into production;
  5. After production, we take a photo of the finished product and send it to you;
  6. If you are satisfied with everything, you need to pay the balance - 50%;
  7. As soon as payment for the order is received, we ship the goods to the specified address.

3. What are the guarantees for sending the goods and its quality?

We work OFFICIALLY, so payment to the account of an individual entrepreneur obliges us, as sellers, to manufacture and send you the goods. All workshop products are of high quality. We pack orders well before shipping to ensure they are not damaged in transit. But we cannot control the work of the carrier. Therefore, situations with product damage may sometimes arise. We recommend that you carefully inspect the products upon receipt and, if defects or defects are found, refuse to receive your order at the post office.

We carry out replacement of goods or refunds on the basis of the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”. The conditions for replacing goods and refunds are described in detail in the Returns and Exchanges section on our website.

4. Is it possible to change the inscriptions and pictures on the products shown on the website?

Yes, of course you can. We produce personalized products according to your wishes. You just need to indicate the desired text or image on the product, and we will prepare a layout with visualization for you.

5. Does personalization affect the price?

The price of the product on the website is indicated for products with standard characteristics (size, volume, etc.) and type of personalization (one-sided engraving, application on 2 sides, etc.). If you have a need for a non-standard product (larger or smaller size than those indicated on the site) or additional personalization (inscription on 2 sides, additional drawing, etc.), then the price will differ from that indicated on the site. Such a product is calculated individually by managers.

6. What are the lead times for order production?

The production time for orders is standard - from 2 to 8 weekdays days (workshop schedule - Mon-Fri from 9.00 to 18.00). If the workshop is very busy (before the holidays), then the production time will be maximum. If the workshop is partially loaded, the order is completed in the shortest possible time. The production speed is also affected by the circulation. If we are talking about individual orders, then the production time is standard. If we are talking about corporate orders (from 100 pcs), then the production time is negotiated individually with the manager.

Finished products are dispatched daily on weekdays after 17.00 (workshop hours are Mon-Fri from 9.00 to 18.00).

11. Can I send my order in the morning?

We ship all our orders after 17:00 pm. And there are reasons for this. All shipments leave carriers' sorting terminals only in the evening. Your shipment will remain in the department until the evening, even if it is delivered to the department at 9.00, respectively.

12. Are there any discounts for corporate orders?

Yes, we have. We have an individual discount system for corporate clients. The discount percentage depends on the quantity, type of product and personalization. The exact amounts of discounts must be calculated with our managers.
