The company accepts returns and exchanges of proper quality goods in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection."

Return Conditions
The buyer can return the goods to the post office (branch delivery) or upon receipt from the courier (address delivery or self-pickup) after inspecting the product on-site. If the buyer takes the goods without prior inspection and expresses a desire to return it on the next day or later from the date of receipt at the post office, the return of such item is possible by agreement with the manager no later than 14 working days from the date of purchase processing. It is possible to return and exchange a product that has not been used, and if its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the invoice issued to the buyer together with the sold product are preserved (Article 9 of the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection").
If the product is made to an individual order, contains personalization (initials, names, individual drawings developed for the customer), and cannot be resold by the seller upon return, such a product is not subject to return and exchange.
Payment for Return Shipping
In case of refusal of a proper quality item by the buyer, the financial expenses for the return shipping are borne by the buyer in full. If the product was received by self-pickup, the customer can independently deliver the product to the self-pickup location for return.
Refund Conditions
The funds paid for the goods are returned to the customer's bank account from which the payment for the goods was made. The refund occurs within 7 business days.

Return Conditions
The buyer can return goods of improper quality to the post office (branch delivery) or upon receipt from the courier (address delivery or self-pickup) after inspecting the product on-site. If the buyer takes the goods without prior inspection and expresses a desire to return it on the next day or later from the date of receipt at the post office, the return of such item is not possible.
Payment for Return Shipping
In case of refusal of an item of improper quality by the buyer, the financial expenses for the return shipping are borne by the seller in full. If the buyer wishes to replace the item of improper quality with a new one, all costs for re-delivery are borne by the seller in full.
The funds paid for the goods are returned to the customer's bank account from which the payment for the goods was made. The refund occurs within 7 business days. In case the desire to replace the item of improper quality with a new one is identified, the refund does not occur, and the seller undertakes to manufacture and resend a new item of proper quality to the customer within the deadlines agreed with the manager.
